The Central Queensland Thoroughbred Breeders Association Inc invites interested parties to tender for a stallion service from their 2011 roster which includes a host of proven sires including Hidden Dragon.

The CQTBA was incorporated in 2006 and has up to 30 members throughout Central Queensland and the Association’s primary purpose is to promote breeding and racing of the thoroughbred horse in Central Queensland

A principal activity of the Association is to conduct an annual tender stallion scheme, prior to the commencement of the breeding season on 1 September.

The Central Queensland Thoroughbred Breeders Association Inc. invites interested parties to tender for a stallion service from their 2011 roster.

Breeders considering their options for next season have a great range of 23 stallions on offer including the popular stallions Hidden Dragon, Easy Rocking, Hotel Grand, Monashee Mountain (USA) and Seidnazar to name just a few.

Lyndhurst Stud’s Hidden Dragon featured at Eagle Farm on Wednesday with an impressive maiden winner in Feure Drache, who scored over 1400 metres by a length and a half.

A $20,000 purchase from the Lyndhurst Stud draft at the 2009 MM QTIS 600 Sale, Feure Drache is one of 48 winners from the first two crops of Hidden Dragon (pictured) , who is amongst the leading second crop sires in Australia by individual winners.

We are also offering services to two of the most recent stallion acquisitions standing in CQ, Changeintheweather (Mr Prospector) and El Nino (Storm Cat).
